Terms of Use
These terms are between you and Narciso Ventures for the Overage iPhone app. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to apps downloaded from the App Store. Where these terms and Apple’s terms conflict for the download itself, Apple’s terms control that part.
The app
Overage helps you log kilometres against a lease, finance, or owned allowance and estimate overage in Canadian or US dollars. It is a tracking and calculation tool. It is not a bank, a lessor, a lawyer, or insurance.
Not legal or financial advice
Lease Adviser, Grok flags, buy-versus-return notes, and any contract reading are informational. They are not legal advice, tax advice, or a promise about what Tesla, a dealer, or a lessor will do. Your signed lease controls. Residual values shown as accounting figures are not a guaranteed buyout price unless your contract says so.
Your account
You must be 13 or older. You are responsible for the accuracy of odometer readings, lease numbers, and files you upload. You may sign in with email, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google when that option is available.
Trial and purchase
Download is free. You get 30 days from account creation. After that, a one-time $0.99 (CAD or USD, set by Apple for your storefront) non-consumable in-app purchase unlocks the app. Restore purchase is in Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s rules. Deleting your Overage account does not cancel or refund the Apple purchase.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, probe other people’s accounts, or upload content you do not have the right to store. We may suspend an account that is abusive or unlawful.
Data and deletion
How we handle personal data is in the Privacy Policy. You can delete your account in Settings. Deletion removes your data on our servers and cannot be undone.
Availability
We provide the app as-is. Features can change. We are not liable for overage you still owe a lessor, for missed calendar dates, or for adviser output you relied on. To the extent allowed by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the in-app unlock.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
